    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using the Story Marketing platform (a whitelabeled GoHighLevel SaaS product) and services operated by Story Marketing Group, LLC (trading as "Story Marketing" in the United Kingdom), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

    2. Use License

    Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the Story Marketing platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    • Modify or copy the materials
    • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
    • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
    • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

    3. Service Terms

    Account Registration

    To access certain features of the Story Marketing platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    Prohibited Uses

    You may not use the Story Marketing platform:

    • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to act unlawfully
    • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
    • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
    • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
    • To submit false or misleading information
    • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

    4. Payment Terms

    If you purchase services through Story Marketing platform, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with reasonable notice.

    5. Intellectual Property

    The Story Marketing platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Story Marketing Group, LLC (trading as "Story Marketing" in the United Kingdom) and its licensors, including GoHighLevel. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

    6. User Content

    The Story Marketing platform may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

    By posting content to the service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the platform.

    7. Disclaimer

    The information on the Story Marketing platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Story Marketing Group, LLC (trading as "Story Marketing" in the United Kingdom):

    • Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this platform and its contents
    • Does not warrant that the functions contained in the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
    • Does not warrant that defects will be corrected, or that this platform or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs

    8. Limitations

    In no event shall Story Marketing Group, LLC (trading as "Story Marketing" in the United Kingdom) or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Story Marketing platform, even if authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

    9. Consumer Rights (UK)

    If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other consumer protection legislation that may not be excluded or limited by contract. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under consumer protection law, it shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

    10. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Story Marketing platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

    11. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
